Part of our responsibility as professionals and as an organization is to help welcome and orient new members of the profession.  We want to help them take pride in the profession as much as we do. We want them to succeed in providing the best treatment for the health and welfare of the public. And we want them to participate in organized orthodontics.

The AAO is encouraging members to serve as mentors by signing up for the Mentoring Program here (https://aao.informz.net/informzdataservice/onlineversion/pub/bWFpbGluZ0luc3RhbmNlSWQ9NTM0Njg2MQ).  This program puts you in direct contact with a young orthodontists to share knowledge and perspectives.
