To my fellow NJAO members,
I wish to take this opportunity to welcome you to our completely new NJAO web site. Your Executive Board has consented to the creation of this site modernization and reconstruction, in order to keep pace with advances in communications and web site technology. It should give us the ability to communicate with our members more quickly and cost effectively. We expect it will also become an efficient public relations and information tool for the lay public. With it, they can learn about our intensive, specialized training, and the value of selecting an orthodontist to perform their orthodontic treatment.
As members, we can use this site in many additional ways. Mailings may be replaced with e-mails. Board meeting minutes can be sent to all members after all Board meetings. The site could possibly host a bulletin board for members to exchange ideas and thoughts about new products or problem case situations. It could list help wanted ads, associate needed situations, and practices for sale.
Please take a few minutes to browse this site. If you presently have a web site, you may establish a link to this one. All NJAO members are listed, and links from this site to yours can be established. Suggestions for updates, additions and improvements are always welcome.
Last, I want to thank Dr. Rene Johe and his staff who are responsible for the creation of this site. Anyone who already has a web site can appreciate how much time and effort go into its formation.
